Anyone else having trouble with the app? We managed to log in but it says they have emailed a verification code but every time we look we go round in circles back to log in page saying they sent code but we are not receiving it so can’t access our account in our phones. We have checked spam etc. nothing. Chat is closed until tomorrow. Thank you.

JLouM I have just checked mine and it's ok. I am by no means tech minded but maybe turn off phone for a few minutes to reboot? My grandson keeps telling me i should turn my phone off each night but I like it on by my bed for emergency.

HEDGEHOGS Yes but this isn’t a text. They say it’s an email they have sent but we just don’t receive it. Address is correct. Thank you though.

JLouM Aww ok I usually get a text with a code. Hopefully they'll sort it out when you get in contact with them tomorrow.
