Never ordered from one, but you need to know your prescription. I don't know if they ask for measurements like the ones they take at the opticians, but if you don't know the length you need on the legs or the ditance of the nose bridge or the distance from the outside of the lens to the middle of your eye, you might struggle to get ones that fit you. I always think you are better to go to an opticians. It might be more expensive, but you will get exactly what you are after.
jojowane67 There is no guarantee the ones you get online will be better. I would go back to the opticians where you got your glasses 4 months ago and talk to them about any issues you are having with your glasses. If they can't do anything to help, glasses direct are an online shop and they give you the option to try 4 different pairs of glasses for a trial period and then you pick the ones you want. You pay for the ones you want and send back the ones you don't. That way you can see if they are the right ones for you.
I got mine from Glasses Direct and they have gone really loose. When I take them to a high street optician then they tighten them at my own risk or I have to send them back. I wouldn't buy online again.
