NEXT Have Stopped Taking Online Orders
Other
I was browsing some of the sale items on the NEXT website and it suddenly stopped working and a message came up saying they were no longer taking online orders until further notice. It's to allow their warehouse staff to stay home.
So what do you think, will others follow suit? It's making me feel like I need to get any necessary purchases in ASAP.
It's making me feel like you need to get your priorities right. It's Next, not an important supplier of food or medical products.
It's clothes for my kids, who I haven't shopped for for a while. They need do need basics like underwear and t-shirts, they aren't frivolous purchases which seems to be the assumption here. And surely we should be supporting businesses while they are still able to trade.
ClaireF1978 I don't believe for one second your your kids don't have enough clothes to get them through this time and what's more important? The health of people working in the warehouses or your kids having slightly less worn clothes? Don't try to make out that you're doing this to help. It's Next, not a local boutique.
ClaireF1978 One idea that may kill two birds with one stone is buy some plain, cheap clothing from the supermarket during your next food shop and give them the task of jazzing it up. The bigger supermarkets will have stuff like t-shirt transfer paper etc.
Well I do hope wicks don't at moment it's online only really won't to do garden and a website for artificial grass. If shopping helps your mind ticking why not. Some people have a addiction to online shopping I can't see all closing because the fallout offer this I don't think many businesses can come back up from it
A serious addiction shouldn't be fed. It should be treated. I'm not taking the mick with that comment.

they have said the staff were concerned, so they’ve listened to them and closed based on feedback
Because all the Next clothes coming from China and they can not get their own collection....this happens when a country kills industries and we have no textile industry left.
