Online Royal Mail Claims Form Not Working.

I am in a huge panic! Iv been losing so many parcels i have sent for mu ebay and and I put all the info onto the Royal Mail claims form it keeps saying I am missing information. I know i am not. Is anyone else having the same issues???

Royal Mail is on strike so it affects deliveries and probably other parts of their system. I sent out a parcel on November 29 and I expected it to be delivered 2-3 days later, but it still hasn't.

RM need to get it together because this is unacceptable. And yes, I get why they're on strike, it's just it's frustrating and stressful for customers.
