Ask a Question
do you make your own clothes If yes for what occasion do you do it for?
I wish!! Being a ‘larger’ lady, there are so many items that I would love to make for us buxom gals!!
that gif of honey boo boo is hilarious, so relatable. Gain a bunch from sitting around during covid!
I used to, but it’s easier to buy especially if you can get stuff at cheap, bargain prices. Cost of materials can be expensive
My Granny, mother in law and auntie all knit their own jumpers/polonecks/cardigans. They knit stuff for my son too. It can be expensive to buy materials to make your own clothes.
always fun to give things ago, always got confused with reading the instructions on the patterns to make it from
I've never made stuff for myself but I've made costumes for kids world book day and school plays
I wish I could make my own clothes. Always wanted to be a fashion designer when I was a kid lol.
My mum and grandmother have both knitted me jumpers and cardigans because I’m tall and it’s hard to find me clothes that fit but the wool alone can cost £60 for a nice jumper! which isn’t worth it in my opinion!
I'm not really any good at it but my mum makes all her own skirts and a few tops. She rarely buys skirts or pants but will make them from scratch
