This isolation is probably going to go on a lot longer than we initially thought.
Please give friends a call or facetime etc as this will test the strongest minds but as we all know not everyone is strong.

We have a family video chat each night with parents and grandparent before our son goes to bed.
We chat to our neighbours who we share a driveway with. Also chat on email to my local coffee shop Peaberries owners on IG DM. Their customers can order through their suppliers for dry goods which is great! Really handy. Last week I ordered rice and they got me a 5kg bag for £20. Should last me until Autumn.

Video calls with my mum my brother and nephews all time I just miss them all I miss them visiting its hard but we all gotta be strong x 
I think you are right this isolation might take longer than we thought we should call our family and friends I do call my brother and sister same my husband he call his parents as well mostly they do video calls .but i miss my friends a lot especially last few days it’s like some thing is missing I did try to call my best friend but her phone was switch off I was worried about her health but today morning I was checking my Whatsapp message I saw she was online because I am busy can’t call her now maybe later I will try to call her THANK GOD she is OK
