How do I Resolve a 'Something Went Wrong' Error Message?

Is it day 5? I’ve just tried to claim and I get a message ‘something went wrong’ in red. Unless I’ve already had them today but the last notification has a claim box to collect at bottom? Got them now thank you Kelsey!
Mine has the error message too. I haven't seen it before when collecting points. Hopefully someone who runs Latest Deals will help sort it out. I don't want to miss out on points.
