I find this very hard to believe , how would rats be able to consume almost 200 kg of cannabis , it doesn't make sense ?
Yes they eat almost anything, but it would take an army of rats led by the pied piper to consume that amount
Besides i doubt if the police have any evidence to show for this, ie a box full of stoned rats
Personally i smell a rat , more human than rodent though

On a serious note, many years ago I was invited to work for the police and if I had accepted, I'd resign because they're an absolute disgrace.
It's a career I have a huge amount of respect, but they turned it into a mockery, a joke that no one takes them seriously.

Someone must have been under the influence of something when the made that cunning plan.

Of course, the corrupted police sold it leaving no evidence behind. Now some of them is very, very wealthy and living the high life in India.
