Possibly One of the Worst Rated Companies on Trustpilot - SEUR

Other

https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/seur.com

They have a 0.3/10 score, customers post more or less reviews every day and no one of this company even cares to claim responsibility. I had the displeasure to "use" their service and just ended up requesting a replacement from Amazon.

Makes wonder how many packages they keep to themselves.

Never heard of them before, thanks for letting us know about this company. What do they sell anyway and why even attempt to order from them lol?

It's a carrier company that works between the Iberian countries of Portugal, Spain (and possibly Andorra). I'm not sure if they're even real but Amazon did use them as a carrier previously so I'd guess, but never saw anyone.

Rockman So you're not living in the UK then?

deepcore temporarily not. Been thinking about moving to a non-EU country because things are about to get hectic with what the EU is going to ban on December 10-11.

Cant be as bad as Talktalk customer services - even worse than BT or British gas but mostly because Openreach are the worst company in the UK!

TalkTalk are the most disgusting company I've ever dealt with -their customer service employees just read out stock phrases from a crib sheet, usually in a foreign accent that is almost impossible to understand. Most are quite unable to understand English.

The only people who praise TalkTalk are people who've never had anything go wrong. or quite happy to accept mid-contract price increases - when TT decide to start charging for things that were free at the start of their contract.

davidstockport Yes totally agree i have spent the last 3 weeks trying to get things fixed - they told me once again today that Openreach closed the fault as fixed when it isnt.

Spent another 30 mins on the phone today trying to understand the call centre guy who couldnt even give me a yes or no answer and told me one thing then 10 seconds later when i told him i was recording the conversation and that he just contradicgted himself he put the phone down on me .

Disgraceful service but it seems its Openreach who are causing all the problems for Talktalk.

Bring the call centres back to Britain like Plusnet do.

Its half of the reason for all of the identity fraud in the UK!

Lydskyd It isn't JUST OpenReach who are causing problems for TalkTalk - TalkTalk have now started charging for things that were promised FREE for the duration of contract and refusing to let customers leave the contracts. (without penalty - they wanted £550 pounds off me)

My monthly bill would have increased 20% but I have chosen to abandon one thing and take another (mobile phone sim) elsewhere. The rudeness from their operative when I asked for a PAC (porting authorisation code) to take my mobile phone number with me was unbelievable. She instead was trying to sell me a deal from 02 which is basically a rip off and asking questions which she had no right to ask. You don't need to tell them who you're taking it to. They are obliged by regulations to give a PAC.

davidstockport Yes i agree like the so called FREE mobile sim - yip i have now had to pay £3 a month rising to £5 next year!

I work in IT myself as a systems programmer and I can tell you Openreach ARE awful - even their own engineers admit it - the one that came to my house told me literally ALL the managers are incompetent!

But talktalk's overseas call centres are disgraxceful i agree with you on that totally 101%

Utterly incompetent.

My english is very good, i speak 5 languages and could literally not understand the last call centre wallah!

You might be mistaken about it rising to £5 next year - from what I have found from O2 it is more likely to be £13 (their lowest sim price) plus any increase in RPI. If you've already switched to 02 I suggest you make a calendar note to check when the 12 month £3* introductory offer is coming to a close - I have found a better deal that works out at £2.54 a month (£30.42 a year) which allows you 254 mobile minutes (or texts each month) if you don't use much data it can't be beaten - there's no contract either.

If you or anyone else wants details just ask.

Also if you pay TalkTalk for "anytime calls" I worked out a way you can quite legally (if you don't use landline phone much for outgoing calls) save over £100 a year. I've been using it for nearly two years. (saved me £240 to date).

*That £3 will actually increase in April.
