This is such a sweet idea.. A girl of 10 wanted a post to heaven to send letters to her deceased grandparents and now they are available in 40 cemeteries across the uk. What a lovely idea...

My friend lost her future daughter in law Rinica on Jan 7th this year who collapsed then died at Hillsborough, Sheffield 2 days afterwards in hospital leaving a 5 year old boy..I saw that a Sheffield lady Chloè Hill was fundraising to get Post Boxes To Heaven installed in 15 Cemeteries in Sheffield after her best friend died of Cancer leaving 3 children..I sent my my friend the link on Feb 9th she spoke & got involved & as a result we now have a Letters To Heaven Post Box in Shiregreen Cemetery in Sheffield..I saw it myself the other Thursday when I attended an Irish Wake of childhood friends Dad...x

It is a nice idea and i’m sure will bring a little bit of comfort to those dealing with loss. I remember before seeing a phone box where people can “talk” to their deceased loved ones

Yes my local crem has one, it's wonderful, my friends baby sadly passed a few minutes after birth, the babies cousins like to send him letters every year, sooos sad but soo sweet at the same time x
