Post Box to Heaven in UK cemeteries..

In the News

This is such a sweet idea.. A girl of 10 wanted a post to heaven to send letters to her deceased grandparents and now they are available in 40 cemeteries across the uk. What a lovely idea...

It's a good idea, but I'm sure some scallywags will come along and vandalize them

My friend lost her future daughter in law Rinica on Jan 7th this year who collapsed then died at Hillsborough, Sheffield 2 days afterwards in hospital leaving a 5 year old boy..I saw that a Sheffield lady Chloè Hill was fundraising to get Post Boxes To Heaven installed in 15 Cemeteries in Sheffield after her best friend died of Cancer leaving 3 children..I sent my my friend the link on Feb 9th she spoke & got involved & as a result we now have a Letters To Heaven Post Box in Shiregreen Cemetery in Sheffield..I saw it myself the other Thursday when I attended an Irish Wake of childhood friends Dad...x

Ah bless, what a love idea. I wouldn’t want to be the one reading the messages or replying as I know I’ll end up crying.

It is a nice idea and i’m sure will bring a little bit of comfort to those dealing with loss. I remember before seeing a phone box where people can “talk” to their deceased loved ones
