Just had a powercut. Glad I’ve got loads of fully recharged rechargeable light bulbs around so we have light. Glad all the ipads, iPhones and power packs are filly charged too so we’ve got entertainment. And thankfully still hooked to the internet because we have mobile data, as wifi is our too
Definitely no longer living in the dark ages!

You are more organised than me. Last time I had a power cut most of my devices needed a good charge. So was left in the dark for a couple of hours. Had a nap 
Lol everything here gets well charged in general, so are prepared - always prepared for the worst. And if the power didn’t come back soon, we’d have to eat all the food in the fridge, and that’s a lot of food...
last time I had a power cut I had nothing but one tea light candle! 
I didn't have mobile phone either. I had to light the tea light so I could find the front door and go to my parent's house for the night. I still don't have a torch. Been trying to get one for years but never get around to it.
lol definitely have to have a torch, although the ones you get on most smartphones these days are quite powerful - just need to make sure there’s enough juice for when you need it most
