Problems When Posting

Latest Deals

Is anyone else having problems when posting - for me it's usually on vouchers or comps.

Over the past week or so I am regularly getting 'Something went wrong, please check above for errors' and yet if I open a new window and use the same information it goes through without any problem...

I’ve had exactly the same. Took me a while to realise that if I started again in another page it posts okay.

Yes. Even am getting the same error for quite a while now. Would be good to understand the reason for the same

Sorry about this - could you please provide any extra detail in this chat or via email to us?

E.g.

  1. Are you using the website or app?
  2. When it say's something's wrong gone - please check above for errors. Are there any errors above? If so, what are they?
  3. Does it happen on a particular type of post (e.g. competitions only) or on every one?
  4. Have you noticed any patterns of it occurring? E.g. does it only happen if you specify an expiration date?

Hopefully we can quickly get to the bottom of it and get it fixed asap πŸ‘

PS. If when it next happens you could take screenshot(s) of the entire page, showing all the various form fields you've filled in that would hopefully help me try to recreate the issue. If you could also jot down the date/time you get the error I can check some log files too. Thanks!

Kelsey i use the website and happens only occasionally when posting a deal. Sorry I don’t have any screenshots.

Kelsey Thanks very much for looking into this for us.

  1. I am using the website - laptop.
  2. No, there aren't any errors when it says it
  3. vouchers & comps
  4. I haven't noticed any specific patterns

I will try and get screenshots tomorrow as apparently I am a sharing machine today and can't post anything else today!

Ive had it somewhat, more with the website than the app. For a few days it wouldn’t let me post deals on the website but that seems to be fixed now

Just seen this topic I used to have similar problems but now fixed ,but on app when I reply someone my comments goes 🫠 for few minutes πŸ˜„ I decided in few days I’ll stop commenting/replying just post deals and goπŸ˜ŠπŸ™πŸ»

Hi Kelsey I didn’t want to come today.but amount of notification I have to check in but when I try to write in my deals because most deal been reported falsely as usual someone was stopping like holding keyboard also this message appears again plz fix for me there’s no need to reply just have a look in my account plz many thanks πŸ™πŸ» Image

OMG I have this! It often happens on Deals but the odd thing is it happens on Freebies too!

When I try and post a freebie it goes through some sort of ritual, sometimes it does it more than once too, it's time consuming, it goes, checking link works.... checking for image..... checking for price.... and so it goes on, where it's come from goodness knows tumblespots

JoTarpley I'm sorry you are having this problem too. When I first posted this chat I thought it was just me! It is really annoying when it happens. I keep links ready to post and because I think it is going through I delete the link then have to go through 'history' to find it so that I can start all over again. Frustrating to say the least.

tumblespots Yes, I'm having to do the 'history' too, plus I'm having trouble reporting anything on 'Something Else', the page won't actually move, and hubby's only recently come out hospital with a broken hip, and I was struggling to post anything a few days ago, as he could do hardly anything himself, and then when I could manage to post something, I was getting these problems, it's so frustrating! 😩

JoTarpley There was a change recently and we aren't allowed to change the designated image from the one that LD captures (for vouchers).

JoTarpley I only found out about the image thing by accident when talking to Kelsey about something else.

Never mind, you get more points for a deal, although I've had over 400 emails today and there are lots of vouchers amongst them.... but I agree it is can be hard going trying to post ones that haven't already been posted. πŸ₯΄

You weren't posting any freebies last week (I think) I hope you haven't been ill with the bugs that have been flying around, and if so, I hope you are better now and have been able to enjoy Christmas.

JoTarpley OMG. I only the saw the second of the two posts that were posted on the same day. I have just read it (I hadn't even 'liked' it so I know I hadn't read it). I'm so sorry, I thought it was you that was ill - but I'm glad it isn't. How is Mr T? Did they replace his hip? (Three of our friends had replacement hips last year!) I'll bet you have been run ragged, I hope that The New Year brings you better things. 😘

He's been plated and screwed, matches the plate and screw in his shoulder πŸ™„ and run ragged is a good word, from getting him up dressed and downstairs in the morning, to getting him back up, undressed and in bed at night, is something in itself, not something I look forward to, only with dread, and not to be recommended 😩 I really need some good luck, it's just been one thing after the other lately!!

How are things with you, you went through a bit of a patch didn't you, are you ok now? x 😘

JoTarpley It doesn't sound like much fun in your house at the moment. It's hard to know who to worry about more, the person who is ill or the person running around after them. I do hope you are able to cope, it sounds like quite a task, I am thinking of you as it is going to take some time for Mr T to recover. πŸ’

We have turned the corner now and are feeling much better thanks 😘

Hi Kelsey Tom I’m having problems again ,my deals link goes disappear 🫠 no one helping I did tag but no reply only my deal gets expired even I added link in description why? If now one fix they should keep my deal live because I added link in description plz check or fix might be a πŸ› in my account need to remove plz ,I think Emma still on holiday, other team members should read my deal description if that can’t fix thanks.πŸ™πŸ»
