Project Manager? Wtf?

I keep on seeing people on TV programmes saying that they are Project Managers when they're doing absolutely bugger all.
I have a project of going for a p*SS in the morning and have to negotiate the 5 metres to my toilet. Does that make me a project manager?
I'm sick of people using the term.

A good project manager can make a big difference in keeping large projects involving lots of people going and not getting bogged down. I regularly am working with several different departments on several different projects at the same time. You can tell which projects are being managed properly - they are the ones which get things done.
Titles at work have been over exaggerated for years. Long are the days when we had the boss and the workers, now loads in between with fancy names.
I think certain things obviously require a project manager and it seems like a tough job but i also think a lot of people claim the title to make themselves seem more important
