What do you think of this?

I wish I could help. I've tried loads and still not got one I'm loyal to. I think frizz-ease is my favourite but it's just too expensive to use daily. I need one that's cheap and works well lol.

I think u need a good conditioner. Argan oil ones are very good. Shampoos alone will not do the job and does not worth to spend a fortune on the expensive ones. Just get a hair mask conditioner.... Will help

I use the boots own shampoo for 75p and it is fantastic. I also use the tesco own shampoo and it is good too. I also use the boots own conditioner but I would say that it is conditioner, not shampoo, you need to spend money on. I would get a deep conditioning hair mask and a leave in conditioner too.

You are very welcome! For 75p boots own is absolutely fantastic! You don't need to use them often, once a month is enough. You do need to leave them on for a while though, but they do work very well.

The horse shampoo is meant to be good. Haven’t tried it myself but it’s had good reviews

Thank you hspexy ever so much for your help and time. . I've never heared of this shampoo. They use it to wash the horses coats. And it's safe for us to use it . That's what I read. πŸ¦‰πŸ¦‰πŸ¦‰

nicolajaynehend I think it became popular a few years ago when it featured in some women’s magazine and online articles as a secret to getting strong, thick, volumised hair, as a lot of people using it had thin, brittle hair and found it to help them. I’ve never needed it myself, but I’d try if if I ever needed it - certainly cheaper than a lot of the cosmetic, salon advocated shampoos out there, and horses are known to have beautifully thick manes 🐎🐎🐎

Here's an article from Cosmo, with some ideas:

I tried out 6 of the best shampoos for fine hair (so you don't have to)

https://www.cosmopolitan.com/uk/beauty-hair/hair/g21943056/best-shampoo-fine-hair/

Of the six the least expensive were:

John Frieda Luxurious Volume Touchably Full Shampoo, Β£5.99

Ok, the formula is pretty basic, but it does everything you'd expect of a shampoo - washes hair, leaves strands shiny, and gives roots a bit of extra oomph.

If you're on a budget and want a shampoo that'll cleanse fine hair (without weighing it down), give this a go.

LUSH New Shampoo Bar, Β£6.50

First off, this shampoo bar gets points for being plastic-free.

But it's not just good for the environment, the formula is made up of ingredients designed to stimulate healthy hair growth whilst soothing the scalp. After using this consistently for a few weeks, I felt like my hair looked softer, shinier and thicker, than it ever has.
