My first is in speak and also in shout
My second is used as a thousand
My third we couldn't see if without
The whole covers us fully
Although if we were a sheep or a goat
The whole would be rather woolly.
What am I?
Howmuch SKIN is correct. First letter S (obvious) K is used as a thousand (as in £10k etc. - I (pronounced as eye) couldn't see without one. SKIN covers our bodies. Wool grows on the skin of goats and sheep.
(I made it too easy )

Nickyhaslam77 I love a good riddle, thanks for sharing.
I've recently started watching ITV's Riddiculous with my partner, it is so strange that sometimes I get one instantly yet he didn't know and visa versa. Strange how the brain works. The 1% Club contains lots of riddles too, I can't wait for it to be back on.
DeBunny I love riddles too , once they explained to you they are sometimes so obvious, LOL . Like the frog one, it’s better when you speaking that one because you can enhance the other details and sort of speed over the “DEAD in centre of pond “ bit . Lol
St3v3cunn1961 thanks for sharing with us . Another great riddle to keep our minds active. Keep them coming

St3v3cunn1961 My answer (could be wrong) is that they are each drinking the drink that contains the same number of Es as their name. Therefore ElizabEth would be drinking CoffEE.
davidstockport correct GEorgE, HElEn , StEvE drink coffee along with ElizabEth.

What are next three letters in this combination?
OTTFFSS
St3v3cunn1961 E N T ...as in one - two - three - four - five - six - seven - Eight Nine Ten
SECOND EDIT - I was editing this at the same time as my omission was pointed out to me - I initially had just said E
davidstockport correct but you missed out NT . Three letters after the OTTFFSS then ENT. LOL One Two Three Four Five Six Seven then Eight Nine Ten
What two three letter words (neither are palindromes) that when spelt backwards rhyme perfectly with each other?
A palindrome is a word that spells the same backwards and forwards as in CIVIC and ROTAVATOR (it's also a good way to remember how to spell Rotavator)
davidstockport LOL I love the English language, and when thinking of palindromes basic ones come to mind (noon) but I remember one I was told “yo banana boy” lol
Nickyhaslam77 I suppose I'd better give the answer: the two three letter words, neither palindrones, that when spelt backwards rhyme perfectly with each other are:
WAR and RAW.
davidstockport LOL it was actually beginning to drive me crazy . I couldn’t stop thinking about it , I had letters going around and around in my head all night . LOL.
Thanks for putting me out of my misery and solving it for me . Lol
Nickyhaslam77 I "noticed" this rhyme some years ago - you're not the first to be flummoxed by it - I've had people saying it's impossible because it seems totally illogical. Until the answer is revealed
St3v3cunn1961 Got to mention a few weeks ago I was watching an old episode of The Beverly Hillbillies and Jethro was asked by a psychiatrist if he had a brother. His reply was "No but I've got a sister... and she's got one!"
(well it made me laugh out loud )
St3v3cunn1961 he has 6 children because his sons all have 1 sister (but it is the same one person sister). Lol
I've been caught out by this riddle before saying John has 10 children five boys and their sister each (five sisters ). Lol
He has six children* - one of his sons isn't too bright and is still trying to work out why his sister has got five brothers when he's only got four.
* all five sons share the same sister.
the more of this there is, the less you see. what is it?...
