Scotland Included? or Not?

How can you be excluded from entering comps? The comps are from many sources and posted on LD, they do not offer the prizes personally. Sometimes a comp may be limited to a local area but you need only check the terms and conditions to see if exclusions apply.

I'm from Scotland, I have no problems entering the competitions. It merely means that the company is registered in England and Wales but that doesn't mean that an entire country is excluded! Also if people from Scotland couldn't enter then neither could people from Northern Ireland. So you would be alienating 2 countries! Unless the comp is for a certain local area then anyone can enter.

I have seen a couple of competitions that excluded Scotland due to their 2018 Alcohol (Minimum Price per Unit) law Although, this may well be a misunderstanding of the law or someone being overly cautious.
