Anyone have any dealings with Scottish Power ? I switched to them for both gas and electric 2 weeks ago and have nothing but hassle. My electricity cost seems to have gone up for sure. When trying to deal with them through chat I get the same automated message every time ! It’s driving me mad and I have now written a letter to their complaints department and sent it. This has to be more than teething problems ! I wish I had never switched !
