Yes they are really helpful, especially for stressful/ new situations and if you have anxiety. It’s worth looking at a few different ones to see which one is best for you

I have many at home I am sure all sort of, but sure if they help my dyslexia but my kids definitely enjoy playing.

My nephew is autistic and these do seem to help to calm him.

I give to my 1 year old very aggressive niece, doesn't matter how bad she is crying she starts paying with bubbles toys.

I think it's the distraction and it is soothing, just realising that they brain is wired differently so they can get over stimulated WindowShopper
