Strange. Everyone must of walked at the same time making the building vibrate !

Something set that off. Odd

I'm curious to know if there is an issue with the building or this is simply a case of mass hysteria stemming from a tall building swaying in the wind. This story reminded me of the thin 432 Park Avenue building in New York, which has had a catalogue of problems since residents moved in, such as lifts not working during high winds - https://www.theguardian.com/artanddesign/2021/feb/07/supertall-skyscraper-new-york-432-park-avenue-rich
