Seeing this post, I just searched on lastminute.com for holidays to Shanghai.
I tried a few different dates but this was the response every time.
I do wonder though, if you could get there, what low price would it take to get people considering it.

Time to make a really good Zombie Apocalypse movie really cheaply now!
One of the reasons TWD is trying to save money is not going back to the first series setting where it took place in a city and they use the countryside sets now to save money!
If TWD want to get back on track they need to go back to the Zombie infested cities like Omega Man with Charlton Heston - I really should be a movie director lol
