Ship Tips on Its Side at 45 Degree Angle and Leaves 25 People Injured

In the News

I couldn't believe the photo, when I saw it, initially I thought something must be wrong with the ballast for it to tip that far, but on reading the article it was strong winds.

I know Scotland has some rough weather, but this is next level

I saw your pictures and decided to watch the metro news video as well. I was watching the helicopter for most of it, pretty bad coverage. But going back to the ship, this happened to me on a boat on the Norfolk broads so seeing this is a million times worse, pretty scary and could have been a lot worse. Hasn’t put me of cruising though.

eyeballkerry Gosh, sorry it brought back some bad memories and glad that it hasn't stop enjoying cruise, I have only ever been on one, a Mediterranean one, which I really enjoyed. The ship was so large you think they are indestructible, so it's always jarring to see something like this.
