I'm 54, during the week I get 4-6 hours sleep but on the weekend I definitely sleep in,I think I relax as I don't have to get up for work or I'm just tired ๐Ÿ˜Š So sleep 8 - 10 hours

I rarely sleep more than 5 hours and thatโ€™s broken sleep. Being awake gives me time to post deals and comments on this site.

Around 8 hours. I used to be insomniac in my teens and early 20s and all of a sudden I started sleeping properly, only get very occasional insomnia now.

I sleep about 7-8 hours normally. Mostly 8 hours but occasionally only 6 hours so I think the average would be about 7-8 hours.
