Do You Have Someone to Stop You from Splurging?
Money Saving
Do you have an 'accountability partner' when shopping to stop you spending too much?
How do they help you?

Yes my mum lol, she tells me if you don't see yourself using/wearing it in the next 7 days then you don't need it and your wasting money.
I'm must be a little strange as if someone says I can't have something I want it more. Also as I work full time I would resent my partner commenting. We had a shared account for bills and savings, so anything reminding is my £ to do what I want .
But to stop myself splurging on non essentials I put them in my online basket but don't checkout. Normally you get a reminder from the company and if I still want it I check out then.
beccatavender ooh I didn’t think of it that way. Interesting but true though. I think as long as bills and essentials are sorted... nothing wrong with getting what you like.. unless you have things you dont use once you’ve bought them. That’s a bit of insanity
I have a gift drawer, I buy things when they are on offer normally toiletries and scented candles if I don't use them I can give them away lynneh
