so eating potatoes can help you lose weight fast- as long as thats all you eat. And no, chips are not allowed! would you...could you? An australian guy did for a year and lost more than half his bodyweight!

I would give it a go if it was actually good for you, but i know it’s not. There was a period of my life where I had chips every day for maybe 2 years - only because I fancied it. It never affected my weight or health, I don’t think

tbh I was surprised at how complete a potato diet was but the lack of protein must be a concern surely. I love chips my 8yr old inner child applauds the chip years 😊

This might not be true for everybody because everyone’s bodies and metabolism is different . If I knew 100% it would work for me I would do it!

No I think it works regardless of that although im sure peoples results would vary. It works because you eat few calories as you get full and bored........im tempted to try it for a week !

OneeyedRaven not a very good way of getting vitamins and minerals etc. I am assuming he took supplements to make up for the deficiency. This could be very bad for those with D2 as they must keep to a low sugar/carbohydrates diet.

To be honest the only real way you can lose weight it to consume less calories than use up (caloric deficit) all these diet clubs will only work if you're in a caloric deficit, that's why so many people say they gained weight at certain weight loss clubs because they've eating 5000 calories of 'free' foods. I don't think i'll attempt it.
