Strange Names
In the News
OK I know it's the sun but I do feel for her with her odd name.
I genuinely don't think it's that bad. It is especially not bad enough to warrant a 'news' article. Journalism truly is all but dead when you have most tabloids writing 'news' based on anonymous posts made on Reddit/Twitter etc. You can't seem to find a news article at all nowadays without it referencing what people on twitter have to say about it.
I knew a bloke called Stacey. Now THAT'S a tough one. Reminded me a bit of the Johnny Cash song, a boy named Sue. He was born in the US where it's apparently unisex. He was relentlessly ridiculed about it through school, college, then at work, but he just laughed it off, made his own jokes about it. I should have sold the Story to The Sun.
Agree with you there is loads of names that are worst than hers like I know when my youngest goes to school kids with say she has a boy's name as some already have it's Robyn we love the name and it was given to her for a reason
Load of people have odd names now and I don't think hers is the worst name everyone has different opinions but if it's making her life hard then she should change it
I think alot of people now give their children unusual names, but if she's not happy then she should change it.
