How Strong Is Your Tea?

Ask a Question

How strong do you like your tea?

I tend to have mine pretty strong - itโ€™s usually one bag of Yorkshire gold, or 2-3 bags of Tetley or PG tips per cup, and I leave the bags in

I would only have a dash of full fat milk, and sometimes I even go without

Most look at me in disgust!

How do you have yours?

Oh gosh hspexy that's a strong cuppa! I stick one bag of pj tips for about 30 seconds and add a good dash of milk. You would hate my tea!

Lol definitely sounds like a tea Iโ€™m not likely to have. My tea looks quite dark before I drink it

wow that is strong! I like a cup of tea to taste of tea so will leave the bag in for a while but not that strong. My wife is the opposite. We used to joke that if the tea bag was wet it had been in too long!

A strong Scottish breakfast blend is quite good way to start the day. My favourite tea at the moment is Pu'er Tea from Dragonfly Tea. Queen Anne blend is quite nice but there again so is Keemun.

I like a strong cuppa, maybe not that strong tho. I like Ringtons or Yorkshire with a dash of milk.

I don't put milk or sugar in my tea. I usually start the day with an Earl Grey, then move onto Green Tea for most of the day and finish on a Rooibos. I'll occasionally switch to Lapsang souchong or Oolong.

I have to have mine proper strong, just a very tiny dash of milk "after" the tea is poured not before. I moved from the north to the south many years ago and still cant understand why so many people have half a cup of milk in there tea ! Thats just tea flavoured milk ๐Ÿคฃ

I am a fan of strong teas also, but I do take the bag out as I don't like it when it hits you when you reach the bottom

I'm not a lover of strong tea. Usually go with PG Tips brew for around a minute and a good bit of milk. Image

I would say I'm with the 47%.

I don't like tea, but know that colleagues think I make the tea too weak, even when I think it looks strong, but I do live in Yorkshire ๐Ÿ™‚
