Teddy Bears in Windows - Are You Doing It?

Ask a Question

People have started putting bears/ soft toys in their windows so children can go on a bear hunt while out walking. Have you joined in ?

Unless it's for something important, then they should be indoors.

Whilst a teddy bear hunt sounds fun, peoples' health is far more important as well as reducing the strain on the NHS.

You are allowed out once a day for walk etc as long as you keep your distance from others. Maybe I’m lucky and live in a rural area so can easily avoid people when out on my daily walk with my dog.

We also have rainbows in windows but again I live in a quiet area so probably is very different to where you live. Good idea to stay safe in your own back garden, hopefully the weather warms up, take care.

Kids should stay inside...I think parents with small kids should count as elderly....

I can not imagine going out with 2 kids. my daughter licks everything, touches everything...Just want to be a kid and play with everything. And my 5 months old...if he eats need to clean his face, so need to touch him. The buggy should be sterilized after used...

Different circumstances for different people in different areas, we must all stay safe.

eyeballkerry I think army should come to control....there is no point to lock down if people go out and move around..I know it is nice weather...

We all should stay at home for 3 weeks and it would be over but because of these rules...we will be in this situation for a year.

I think its a lovely idea, my daughter is autistic and really struggling with the change of routine, her anxiety is though the roof and weve only left the house twice in 17days. To go out looking for rainbows and teddies is such a better way of getting her through the door!

We have a rainbow in the window but not done the bears. We're in a cul-de-sac so don't get many, if any kids walking past anyway.
