Is Gun Accessibility in the UK Increasing?

They're not legally available, but criminals look as though they're getting them more and easier access.

Considering the general population is more or less stripped of self defense weapons (in the U.K. people can't even carry pepper spray!), this isn't good at all.

There are frequent shootings in the UK. You don't hear about most of them on the news. Gun crime in London is big, Birmingham too. The UK must be a really attractive place to live for violent criminals, since they can act with almost total impunity. The law abiding population has no means to defend themselves against armed attackers, no form of weapon is allowed to be carried or used for self defense here. And even most police don't even have guns. Response times are slow, convictions are low, jail time is short.

We're essentially Disneyland for criminals.

Thats a very scary story. Well done to the kids for being so responsible and doing the right thing phoning the police. Knife crime is bad enough in many UK cities without adding guns into the equation.

Frightening that has happened near a school. Thankfully they were found by someone who called it in and thankfully no kids accidentally found it

Omg this is very frightening you wonder where people get guns there are frequent shooting now in the uk and one time is was mostly the us people can get things to easily now thank god the kids are ok and did the correct thing with them
