My friend told last time to use washing maching before 9a.m i had tried last time its effective. Then as our house before is four rooms including living room and dining room. I only put on higher heating panel on the room where we always stay like living room and bed room in the evening. In bedroom make it higher in the evening. So far it got lesser results

Use your washing machine either before 9am or after 9pm as electric price is cheaper (unless you are on a fixed tariff). Do not leave anything on standby unless necessary. When you cook dinner, leave the oven door open afterwards (with the kitchen door closed) and it will heat up the room without putting the heating on. Turn radiators down in rooms that you are not in all the time.
