Travelling in the Summer

Does Scotland count as I live way down south? Was meant to go last April but obviously the company cancelled. When they began taking bookings again at end of last year I booked for September 21. Am now wondering if that will be cancelled too!

I haven't booked anything, and won't be any time soon. Travel is too uncertain at the moment.

TBH I think travel abroad is unlikely until late summer/ autumn at least . Not about our vaccinations , we'll be done by August at the present rate but apart from Israel and the UAE most other countries are way behind in their roll out . I doubt if destinations will be deemed safe until 70% -80% of their populations are vaccinated .

No, I haven't booked and have no intention of doing so this year. I would prefer a holiday abroad but if the situation improves, this year, and most people are vaccinated then I would prefer to put my money into this country before any other.

We have shared ownership entitlement so have booked a couple of trips this summer but would only go if Gardens etc are open to visit. Hols are self catering so we wouldn’t need to mix.

I doubt any abroad holidays will be taking place more due to where other countries are with infection rates and vaccines. Longer our borders are closed the better i say. We have UK holidays booked in September and October but not sure what will happen by then

Just hoping to go to our caravan for a few months in Fleetwood I'd be more than happy

Having one holiday cancelled last year, and the thoughts of getting away somewhere before Christmas dashed, I've given up thinking about holidays for now.

I'll book one only when I am sure It will be safe to do so.

I’m avoiding booking anything until I know for certain. Right now there’s too many changes happening and nobody really knows what’s going on. As like everyone else I can’t wait for this to be over so hopefully everyone can see their families or have an amazing holiday

I have not booked a holiday and will not be for a long time. It is amazing how many people’s lives are based around their holidays. I feel sorry for people who can never afford a holiday and all they are hearing is people moaning they can not get away.

I’m booked to go to Dubai, it was moved from last year. Hopefully by then it will be safe to go, if not I’ll move the dates again

I’m booked to go 28th April ( this was rescheduled fe last year). And I’m hoping the airline will cancel and we get our money back and can hopefully go somewhere in the UK at a later date x
