Hi all,
I just wanted to warn you about Heart Service on Amazon. They're a Chinese seller, and a lot of items are less than £1, with free delivery. I've seen a few of them placed on Latest Deals, and have ordered from them. In fact over the past two months I've placed seven orders with this seller... And not one single item has arrived.
I tried to contact the seller, and received an email from Amazon saying that they are no longer accepting emails. I've had to go through Amazon with an A-Z file to get refunds on everything.
Avoid!!
Thank you very much for the info , C. I will mark this seller for the future. Have seen he has many complaints about people not receiving their items. Hope Amazon does something about it.
The thing with Chinese sellers is that they charge very little and with free delivery but then it takes ages for it to actually arrive. An item for example in this situation can take 30 to 60 days to arrive.
I read that in China shipping is super cheap for sellers there (they have like a contract or something) yet they always use the slowest service possible.
Usually I would be happy to wait a bit longer, but when I tried to contact this seller, I got an email from Amazon saying that there was an issue with the address and that the seller wouldn't receive it. I've had to go through Amazon to contact them, and each time the seller has said that they are unwilling to refund because it is a postal error not their's. The only way I've managed to get a refund is through A-Z file claims. Amazon have said they are investigating it because I'm not the only person who has had issues with this seller.
CHoward Sounds more trouble than its worth, for Chinese cheap stuff, I always go with Aliexpress or eBay.
I had exactly the same with the washi tapes i ordered from them. Received that email which said they can still view it. Obviously they did view it as sent me a message asking me to wait another 7 days. I did and emailed again and got same reply. I went on to Amazon chat and they contacted them and I got my full refund. Wont be using them again.
Yeah, I got an email this morning from them saying could I please drop the A-Z file claim and they will refund. Nope. Not until that money has been returned!!
I am always wary of sellers from China! I know I shouldn't be as there will be plenty of sellers that are good, but I will make sure not to order from this one! Thanks for the warning! Hopefully you get your refund soon. It is horrible when you have to go through that process as it is a pain!
There are more and more of them. Some of them are really good and some is not sending anything. Amazon should give u refund, contact them....
I try to be open-minded, particularly when I know it's coming from China, but EVERY SINGLE item I've bought from this seller has failed to show up. At all.
