yesterday i made a family chicken dinner after dinner i stripped of the rest of the chicken used the left over veg added mushrooms and onions and made a chicken casserole just made up with gravy granules for todays dinner served with mash and the left over yorkies will be filled with jam for supper

Left over Pitta Bread, if gone dry, cut it length ways then either deep fry or bake with some spray of olive oil or any other sprayable oil. Bake till crispy and sprinkle with sea salt and paprika! Great snack!

I like making chicken crunchy strips with left over chicken. Dip chicken in beaten egg, dip in bread crumbs, garlic and herbs and then fry gently. 🙂

Never have waste in my house as I have a very large dog who is a bit of a waste disposal unit. 🙂

I strip the rest of the chicken off the bones and make it into a chicken curry with whatever other vegetables I have leftover. I love putting broccoli stalks into curries for example.

I also use any left over passata from one dish to make another, such as using it in a salsa, or adding a few herbs and spices to whatever I have left and using that as a sauce for pizza or spaghetti bolognese.
