Is There a Website or Apps for Charging Points for Electric Vehicles?

Ask a Question

We are probably getting an electric vehicle at some point this summer and as a family we do like long trips with the family . I use on a regular basis petrolprices.com/ and wanted to ask is there a website or app which highlights where there are charging points for our vehicle .

Zap Map is a good one, it shows you where all the chargers are, sometimes the prices. They've recently added loads of new chargers on the service stations on the M1, there used to only be 1 or 2 chargers and because you have to leave your car to charge there were always queues, but over the last year they've added loads more. As Tesla used to be the only ones that could charge pretty much anywhere, as they have their own infrastructure, but they are slightly slowly opening theirs up too.

We did use another app but I can't remember what it was, but it said there was a charger point and led us to a dark woods with nothing, so that was an experience, considering it was pitch black anyway!
