I made some chicken tortilla wraps which I haven’t had in a while!

There are web sites you can go on, put in what ingredients you have and they come up with ideas. We seem to be eating a of chicken at the moment, mainly because all the family likes it. Bolognese always have on standby in the freezer. Chicken tikka, chicken wraps, chicken casserole. I made a spare rib marinade last night. Just put all different stuff in that I had in, soya sauce, chille sauce, Worcester sauce, pasatta, garlic, needed to be a bit more sticky for my liking, but it’s just trial or error. Everyone ate it that’s the main thing.

I just had a slice of bacon & cheese quice, Half a jacket potatoe & a salad with honey/balsamic dressing.

Nice and easy today.

We're having last night's gammon with cream cheese in cheese topped baps.

I have a puff pastry in the fridge, I think i will make a onion, courgette, tomato, feta and anchovy tart. Don't have any salad to go with though.

I had a pork roast dinner and made banana and chocolate chip loaf for afters.

I didn't feel like cooking tonight. I had a M&S Four Cheese Ravioli with a salad. Followed by a chocolate bar
