Mine is a free Β£5 voucher for bodyshop.
Also really enjoy getting my free donuts from kripsy kreme.
I really like the free meal at Las Iguanas. The T&Cs mean it is only available with another full priced meal but that's OK. I also like the Hotel Chocolat mini treat box.

As they say they do it proper The body shop one is great, they email on your birthday but it's valid for a month after

The Β£5 voucher from the body shop. Means I can get a shower gel for Β£1. I don't really bother with the others.
The Body Shop Β£5 voucher is always a favourite for me, I really love their hand creams and perfumes
I had no idea there were so many birthday freebies, I need to look before mine rolls around 
possy If you sign up for the Krispy Kreme rewards scheme/app you can get a free birthday dougnut every year. (Plus, they'll give you one free just for signing up)
I also get the Β£5 bodyshop voucher but have noticed prices have gone up over the years and now having to spend extra to get something decent. I also get Β£5 Hobbycraft voucher, a cookie at Subway. Used to get a milkshake at Edβs Diner but rules have changed and you have to spend to get it free. Costa you get a cake but only have a few days to claim and Greggs you get a sweet treat. Krispy Kreme do a free doughnut but the app never works. Also I have a local garden centre who give a very nice slice of cake to be used in your birthday month. Hotel Chocolat also give you Β£5 to spend and my local pub always gives me a free drink on my birthday.
Most casinos will give you a free drink on your birthday, and most fancy restaurants will supply a posh dessert
This year my favourite was a free ticket with my cinema membership. Plus, I appreciated getting a free coffee from Starbucks, free slice of cake from Costa and a free Krispy Kreme doughnut
