So in these times it’s a big eye opener for MHA and well-being and I guess just being well within a scary pandemic that’s taking too many lives as well as dishing out illness .
As well as just trying to be at one with yourself. What’s your mindfulness? I exercise by running or cycling. Also reiki and meditation with incense sticks. Sometimes it’s music. Sometimes it’s just drink which is prob not mindfulness to some but often you just need a blow out.
