I emailed a company over Christmas as I had a strong sharp vine bit stick in my gum from luxury fruit and nuts. They only refunded me, no apology for making my mouth bleed. Had a very long reply giving me their quality control procedure.

Jackscot Quidco for not giving me the £25 cashback for new members. I have been emailing them every 4 weeks since last September and keep on getting the "Bot" saying go to "Payment/withdrawal."

jam45 I activated a bunch of £10 bonus cashback offers and so far I see nothing, well, except just £1.20.

If that gets declined, I'll just give up on Quidco.

My local pub, we had a meal and went to use a giftcard towards it and they didn't know how to run it through the till so had to pay full for our meal. I e mailed the brewery and they said the local rep had been made aware and would touch base with the pub, she also sent me another giftcard for £20 as a gesture of goodwill, not tried to use it yet though.

Sent Tesco a tweet about a swede not being packaged properly. Got my swede refunded.

I tend to use X instead of emailing these days as I find that I get quick replies.

TheChimp same. I get better service from X than emailing companies.

Today .. I was waiting to be served in card factory. There was no queue but it seemed the worker wasn't ready to call me... so I just stood and waited .. next thing this girl comes walking directly Infront of me from the opposite side with a item and he serves her straight away .. I was so annoyed 😤 and I jokingly made a comment that I didnt know the queue was starting from the wrong direction.. I don't normally say anything but I found it so rude to serve someone who jumps in when I've been waiting patiently clearly in view... I know if I did that I would get a telling off

I complained today to Tesco. What a pain that was. I had done my shopping, handed over a voucher and went home. I noticed on my receipt that the voucher had not been removed. So I had no discount but Tesco had my voucher.

When a local supermarket reduces their food and doesn’t cover the first sticker properly and you get charged the first price. I now calculate my shopping before I get to the till so I know what price to pay. Been caught out a few times. How many customers have been over charged and never checked their receipt.

I never complain, if it doesn't fit it goes in the back of the wardrobe, if its faulty or breaks I'll buy new again, if someone is rude to me l will walk away, l know life isn't smooth all the time but l cannot do confrontation of any form..whether l have no balls or am weak???, I'm no good at fighting my corner on anything 😫

Generally these day I find it's quite pointless complaining as you either get ignored or the companies causes you maximum inconvenience on chat bots, phones etc and take forever to investigate the complaint and then just send a standard letter of apology . I now just tend to avoid companies that I'm not happy with

I ordered an air fryer from Gogroopie website Nov 30. Not arrived by Jan 20 so sent an email to the selling company. They didn’t even have the courtesy to reply even though they had my mobile number too. Contacted Gogroopie directly and they were brilliant and contacted the seller on my behalf. Apparently the courier “lost” the air fryer. Another arrived four days later. I seriously thought I’d been scammed.
