I once took a glass a wine back because it was so awful and they refused to replace it. I did complain to management and got a voucher for a free drink which they very nearly didn't honor it. put me off and have never gone back

Greenmotion car hire, a minuscule mark on a windscreen £495 charged even though full insurance cover. Customer service useless, Chargeback raised via bank. Refund iss'd!

Dominos Pizza...I made complaint with picture online and they just told me to contact the store manager.
