What is the hype about Yeezy shoes are they as good as people say they are? I have never owned a pair of Yeezy shoes.
I'm a big fan of adidas, but not of Kanye West. Some of the designs have been OK, but the hype doesn't justify the price. I'd only buy them on release if I was a reseller. Although, collaborations with designers or celebs do tend to cost more. If I was going to pay more I'd probably go with the long term adidas collaboration with Yohji Yamamoto, the Y-3 range. Most of the Rick Owens, Jeremy Scott and Raf Simons collabs were/are a little too crazy for me.
The cheapest YEEZY shoes I found ADIDAS CONTINENTAL 80
CORE BLACK, SCARLET & NAVY was £75 now £55 a decent price but I would pay up to £40.00 the most for the shoes. Some ADIDAS Yeezy shoes can cost more than £1000 which is extremely expensive.
zerocenturyzero as far as I'm aware Yeezy hasn't released a Continental 80 shoe, but rather they were the inspiration for the YEEZY Powerphase design. The YEEZY Powerphase is probably the cheapest shoe from them that you'll be able to find new, expect to pay £90-£100+. Most other shoes start at £200+ on release and quickly sell out. Demand is so high that if you want to purchase a new release online you may have to enter and win a raffle before having the 'privilege' of buying a pair. Ive never seen the hype with them tbh i think their ugly 
but if a few celebs are seen wearing something it becomes a new craze 
Ive never heard of yeezy shoes ! Im not really a follower of fashion and mostly wear DC skate shoes or Vans. Not that I'm a skater at 48 and rather well
built 
. I find them to be the most comfy thing to wear.
I personally think they're ugly AF lol. That and also the fact that I can't stand kanye west.. 
Some of the worst looking things I have ever seen and so freaking expensive which makes it worse. Of they were £20 it's still £20 overpriced for that look imo. Also and unrelated I do dislike KW
