HollyDolly22 If he's working now (like me) chances are he still will be after the next change . Essential workers will be working through any further restrictions .

Golfforall see this is why I'm confused because he isn't an essential worker, so I'm wondering if it will change for him 😕 soon find out I guess

Ann1984 Hope there is more enforcement with this one . If people had obeyed the previous and current rules we wouldn't have got to this stage .

Golfforall no we wouldn’t have plus if they took notice of complaints or if short staffed to enforce it higher volunteers to move groups along take names addresses. Loads won’t to volunteer to help COVID

Golfforall That's very true - but what annoys me is those who are blaming the authorities are the very same people who wouldn't follow the rules. I do sense though that some people are eventually realising what a pandemic is. but unfortunately there are still a great number who never will.

Just a few £200 fines for those not wearing masks, when they should, might deter others and save many lives.

Just hope they enforce it fully this time . With more draconian punishments this time . community service like grave digging , hospital portering and cleaning might be more effective than a £100 fine that is never collected .

Golfforall What's draconian about any of the services you mention , qualified , experienced people do those jobs everyday and night with love !! Image

Golfforall Pity we haven't got a spare island to dump them on, let them infect each other where they could do no harm to others, They could decide amongst themselves who was on grave digging duty.😀

Added by edit a few minutes later. How ironic one who thinks face coverings are censorship distanced my reply.

davidstockport I remember posting that idea a while back . I think it was re quarantining on returning to UK (or something similar ) . Then they could all do their own thing on said island - have raves , get drunk or high on drugs as long as they stay on their island and don't expect any medical support . Just infect themselves on their "free for all " island and not infect the rest of the nation .

Golfforall I didn't see it - I suppose it's a case of great minds thinking alike.

I'm not a violent person but feel we should be entitled to carry a big hammer and hit anyone who deliberately comes close enough to be hit.😀
