Upon checkout, you will be given options of how you want your orders to be delivered. Ann Summers uses Royal Mail Tracked Delivery and DPD courier for next day services.
UK Delivery
Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday and UK Bank Holidays. The Express Delivery service is available to all postcodes excluding some the following in the list of Excluded Postcodes. You can track your Express Delivery orders on their Online Tracker.
Standard and Premium Delivery Exceptions
Larger Orders/ Multiple Boxes - any orders that are large in size will be put into multiple boxes. These multiple boxes will be sent via DPD tracked on a next working day delivery service if ordered by 2pm. If order is placed after 2pm, the order will be delivered within 2 working days. These orders will need to be signed for.

You can return and exchange or refund your items to Ann Summers for any reason using their free returns service. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags intact for lingerie and all seals intact for toys and accessories.

Returning to Ann Summers Stores
You can return your items to any of their stores. You can locate the store nearest you using their Find a Store. Make sure to bring your proof of purchase with you and your original payment method in order to process your return. Items purchased via PayPal cannot be processed in-store. Any returns will be at the discretion of the store manager.

Refunds
It may take up to 5 working days to receive your refund if items are returned in-store. For items returned using their FREEPOST address may take up to 10 working days from receiving your items to process your refund and a bit longer during busier times. You will get an email as soon as your return is processed.
