Standard Delivery
All of their couriers deliver Monday to Friday, between 9am – 8pm (except for bank holidays). Smaller products, which are usually sent by Royal Mail, will be delivered Monday to Saturday. Your parcel will usually be sent out the following day using a 2-5 day delivery service. Depending on the size and weight of the parcel, it will be sent either with one of our selected couriers or with Royal Mail.
UK Premium Next Day Delivery
All orders using their "Premium Delivery" service, which are received before 12pm Midday, will be sent the same day by courier using a next day delivery service. Orders that are on a Next Day Pallet delivery will need to be received by 12pm Midday and is available only to all UK mainland addresses.
Large Items
Any bulky items are sent by either a pallet courier or 2 man delivery service. All goods sent by pallet courier use a "2-5 day" service and by 2 man delivery will be within 5 - 7 working days.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase you have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase. Make sure to inform them first through email. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Once they receive your item, they will notify you of the status of your refund request after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, they will give you a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the product is non-faulty or you have changed your mind. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Factory Outlet
Their Factory Outlet is an Alladin's Cave of DIY, Homeware and Garden products. It’s packed full of quality products at unbeatable prices and is now open to the public. You can also sign up for a lifetime membership for just £1 and to join, simply fill out a form in-store and you will be issued with a membership card. Keep in mind that their outlet store does not always carry their stock online. So if you see something online you want to purchase in-store, make sure to give them a call before visiting to ensure that you will not waste your journey there.
