What are the delivery options for Debenhams?

Debenhams delivers to all UK stores. Furniture deliveries do not include the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scottish Isles.

• Orders over £40 are free
• Orders under £40 cost £3.99
• You can get free click and collect on orders over £20
• Click and collect costs £2 for orders under £20

Delivery takes 4 working days. However, members of Latest Deals point out that during the Debenhams Blue Cross sales, boxing day sale, and Boxing Day sale, delivery can sometimes take longer.

If you're not in, Debenhams courier will attempt to leave with a neighbour. Failing that, they will attempt to re-deliver twice, then leave at a local depot or Post Office.

You can also get free click and collect on orders over £20 at Debenhams. The website states that this too takes four working days. Debenhams will send you an email letting you know when it is in your nearest store ready for collection. To find your nearest store, use their store finder tool.

The click and collect service is a good way to save money when hunting for Debenhams discounts and bargains.

How do I return an item to Debenhams?

Debenhams offers 28 days for refunds and exchanges. All items bought in store must be returned to a Debenhams store (but it doesn't have to be the same one, just bring proof of purchase).

If you ordered online you can also return to a store. Take your receipt, delivery note, and any email confirmation you have.

If you want to return an online order by post you can do so with the Royal Mail. Print a delivery label then take to your nearest Post Office. Request a proof of postage.
