What is Early Learning Centre?

The Early Learning Centre or ELC is chain of British stores selling toys which help children develop into happy, self-confident people. The company was established in 1984 as a mail order company located near Swindon. In 1980 they have already opened 10 stores and have grown to include 215 shops across the United Kingdom and more than 80 shops in 19 countries which include Qatar, UAE, Canada and Australia. Their toy range is also available to purchase from some stores of Boots, Sainsbury’s and Debenhams. The company’s online store has been selling their product range sin 2001.

ELC create fun toys to aid in the development of their skills to get the best possible start. ELC’s toys are also designed in order to help them in exploring their imagination and creativity’s boundaries. Their stores offer playtime sessions where your children can join in for some real hands-on fun. In addition, all their toys meet and exceed all British and European standards for safety and they are associated with the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents, which means that ELC toys are tested just like your kids do.

How do I return an item to Early Learning Centre?

• Refund or exchange unused merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase upon production of your receipt, as long as they are returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging.
• Take the item back to your nearest Early Learning Centre store, or a Mothercare store with an ELC Shop in Shop.
• Proof of purchase is required (for online orders you can use your order confirmation email or dispatch email).
• Exclusions - toiletries, software, DVDs, Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards. If any items are returned that were part of a multi buy promotion all items must be returned.
