What are the delivery options for Forbidden Planet?

  • Shipping rates for UK customers are calculated in the cart and checkout stages. Shipping is calculated by size and weight of goods.
  • For delivery of all orders valued at £35.00 and under, exclusive of shipping cost, they will use Royal Mail Second Class.
  • For orders or single products over the value of £35.00, they will use DPD for UK delivery. They will deliver within 48 hours once shipped and only Monday-Friday. You will receive a tracking number directly from DPD once they have picked your order up from them.
  • Upon receipt of your order, Forbidden Planet will send you a confirmation email illustrating your order in detail, including the price for delivery.
  • Delivery usually take 3-5 working days.
  • They do not offer delivery to a BFPO or PO Box.

How do I return an item to Forbidden Planet?

What if I change my mind?

If you changed your mind about your order, you can cancel by logging into your account online. If your order has been marked “Charged”, call their customer service as soon as possible. However, if they have already despatched your item, you will not be able to cancel the order by accessing your online account. You have to contact info@forbiddenplanet.com. The cost of the item will be refunded but not the cost of any postal charges paid by you.

How can I return my order?

If you would like to return your goods, you have 14 days within the date of despatch to do so. The item must be in resalable condition and in its original undamaged packaging, complete with its original undamaged external box, if applicable. Make sure to include your order number and the reason for return.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

If you receive a faulty item, contact them immediately with your order number and details of the damage or faulty nature of the product. They will issue a refund if they will be unable to replace the item.
