How do I return an item to Get The Label?

• You have within 21 days of the parcel being delivered to you to return any unwanted items back to them together with your postage receipt.
• Earrings and underwear can’t be returned for health and hygiene reasons), provided:
• Items are unworn and unwashed.
• If footwear, the items are in the original packaging/box, unworn and show no signs of wear.
• Items have all tags attached.
• You take good care to avoid the transfer of make-up.
• Once they have processed your return, allow up to 7 days for your refund to go back on to your original method of payment.
• Once they receive your items, allow up to 5 working days to process a refund and up to 5 working days for exchanges.
