What are the delivery options for Goldsmiths?
The retailer offers a Free Next Day Delivery on orders placed by 6pm Monday to Friday. Their delivery service can be tracked and in most cases a signature will be required on delivery. Jewellery orders with a value of approximately £150 or less may not require a signature. They will send you a shipping email to let you know your order is on its way.
Their Standard Delivery is FREE regardless of how much you spend and you will normally receive your order within 1 to 3 working days. They deliver Monday to Saturday between the hours or 8am to 6pm. Jewellery orders of £150 or less and deliveries to South West England, Scotland, Highlands & Northern Ireland may extend to 6pm. Orders with a weekend dispatch will be delivered in 2 working days.
Gift Card orders placed after 3pm will be delivered to UK mainland addresses within 2 working days.
They also offer a Free Express Delivery available on all items that are in stock and ordered before 3pm. You are shown during the checkout whether this option is available for your order. If selected, they will send your order as a priority so you receive it the next day between the hours of 8am to 6pm (excluding Sundays). Orders received after 3pm Monday to Friday may be delivered the following day, but this cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries to South West England, Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland are not guaranteed to be delivered next day. Deliveries to non UK mainland addresses may be extended by 1 day.

If your chosen item isn't stocked locally, you can purchase online for Free delivery to a Goldsmiths store of your choice. Your purchase will be delivered to your store, normally in 1 to 3 days. We'll notify you when it's ready for collection.

How do I return an item to Goldsmiths?
Goldsmiths offer a 14 day returns policy. To return an item purchased online, you need to first download and complete their exchange and returns form enclosing it with your order in its original condition, along with the original despatch note and packaging. Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the date of despatch, and exchanges within 30 days from the date of despatch. If you choose to exchange your item outside of the 14 day refund policy, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty.
You can return your purchase through post or to one of their showrooms excluding airports. Orders paid using PayPal, Interest Free Credit or purchased via an in store devices (Kiosk or Tablet) can only be refunded once received back at their Head Office. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, they don’t accept returns of earrings or cleaning products if the tamper proof packaging has been opened.
