What is IWOOT?

IwantOneOfThose.com (IWOOT) is an online retailer owned by The Hut Group. It was founded in January 2000 by Tim Booth, Angus Clacher and Mike Morrison, with Dave Booth joining later that year as MD, with an initial investment of £15,000. The online shop offers a wide selection of homeware, gadgets, gizmos, toys and office accessories as well as organised adventures. IwantOneOfThose.com was awarded in 2009 with the Award for Best On-Line Retailer by WOW!

Kleeneze plc acquired the company in October of 2004 with a settlement to be paid over a three year period and an additional performance related deferred consideration. IWOOT was sold by the Findel plc to The Hut Group in August of 2010.

How do I return an item to IWOOT?

• Before returning any order, make sure to contact their customer service team first to request a returns authorisation number. Without this number it can be difficult to process your return meaning the process may take longer.
• You can cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
• You will be reimbursed for all the payments you made including the cost of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by IWOOT).
• They may deduct your refund with any loss in value of any items if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
• You will get your refund within 14 days after the day they receive back your items.
• Your refund will be made on the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.
