What are the delivery options for Music Magpie?

• All their media items are sent by Business Post meaning they can take between 3-7 business days to arrive with you.
• Tech items are slightly different. Their Tech items come with FREE Standard Delivery; a fully tracked service which we advise will be with you in 3-5 working days.
• To give you more flexibility you can also select Express Delivery for just £3.50 extra. These orders are sent by the Royal Mail 24 fully tracked service, meaning your item will arrive on the next working day providing you have completed your purchase by 2pm the day before.

• Once you’ve completed your order, you’ll be offered a FREE Courier. Alternatively you can use our FREE Send Service.
• Their FREE Send Service makes it easier and more convenient for you to send them your items for free because the service runs 7 days a week.
• You can send us your items on evenings and weekends. Your items are fully insured.
• Their FREE ParcelShops are usually located within 1 mile of your home.
• All you have to do is pack your items and drop them off at one of our FREE ParcelShops.
• Pack your items into a box (no more than 60 items in a single box). Don’t worry if you have lots of items, just print more labels and use multiple boxes. Then attach the FREE Send Service label that we have sent to you in your Pack & Send Guide to the box.

How do I return an item to Music Magpie?

Tech Items Returns Policy

• They offer a 14 day, no questions asked return policy.
• If your product is within the 14 day period, you can return your product to them. Make sure to email them at contactus@musicmagpie.co.uk so to inform them of the returns.
• Don’ forget to include your order number in each piece of correspondence.
• All returns are dealt with on an order-by-order basis.

• Their “Replay” items are covered by their Quality Guarantee, meaning should you receive an item that does not meet the Guarantee criteria, they will refund or replace it for you.
