How do I return an item to NIKE?


You may return your orders for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns are free but some restrictions may apply.

Return to Nike.com

  • Fill out the prepaid return label included with your order. You may Get a Return Label online if you did not receive it.
  • Attach the completed label to the front of your package so it can be clearly read.
  • Drop off the package at your nearest post office. Keep the top half of the return label as proof of your return.
  • After your return is received, you will be given refund of the order value to the original payment method.


Return Order to Nike Store

  • You may return your online purchases to Nike-owned retail stores of selected Nike partner stores. Use their Store Locator to find the nearest Nike store on your area where your purchase can be returned.
  • Make sure to also bring your proof of purchase, personal identification, and original form of payment. Nike-owned stores cannot refund online money transfers and you may be offered a gift card at the manager’s discretion instead.
